“Food is your greatest ally and ergogenic aid both in & out of exercise. You need food, water & oxygen to live — and you don’t have to ‘earn’ any of them.”
I’m so glad you’re here!
I specialize in …
01 — Endurance & Mountain Athletes
Do you struggle with GI issues, fatigue, cramping, bonking, low iron, frequent injuries, or poor performance? Is nutrition your weakest link when it comes to training and racing? Looking for new fueling ideas or trying a new distance?
Keeping up with your nutrition needs as an endurance or ultra-endurance athlete can feel impossible, and slipping into unintentional under-fueling can undo all of your training progress. We talk about nutrition for training & competition — including what, when & how much to eat — the effects of climate & altitude on nutrition, periodizing your nutrition with training, sweat rate & sodium personalization, meal prep and meal planning, & more!
02 — Low Energy Availability, REDs, and Disordered Eating
Do you struggle with fatigue, repeat injuries, frequent illness, dizziness, lightheadedness, declining performance or recovery, decreased libido, menstrual cycle changes, urinary incontinence, GI issues, poor sleep, low iron, nutrient deficiencies, or decreased motivation? Feel preoccupied with body image, food anxiety, food rules, comparison, clean eating or exercise compulsion?
You might be dealing with Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs) or disordered eating/eating disorder. I’ve been there too. Let’s talk about how to get you fueling better and feeling better by addressing the psychological and physical aspects of food, exercise and body image.
03 — High School & Collegiate Student Athletes
I see so many student athletes fall into unintentional under-fueling — ultimately hurting athletic & academic performance — due to lack of time, tight school & training schedules, social anxiety, comparison, and fear of stomach issues.
We cover all of these things, plus eating on a budget, dorm eating, meal prep, convenience foods, nutrition myths, quick meal ideas, label reading, and sports nutrition education, including what, when ad how much to eat around training.
04 — The Menstrual Cycle & Female Physiology
Have you lost your period altogether? Trying to get it back? Do you struggle with severe PMS symptoms or heavy bleeding? Just want to learn about how your cycle impacts training and nutrition and how to work around that? Are you trying to get pregnant?
I educate people with periods and menstrual cycles, and people trying to have a child, on how their hormones are changing and how to manage symptoms related to those changes. Feel empowered through nutrition, instead of stuck in “this is just how it is.”
05 — Plant-Based Athletes
Whether you are interested in transitioning to a plant-based diet, or are already there — plant-slant or fully vegan and everything in between — it is HARD to meet your nutrition needs as an athlete and active person.
Let’s dial in your nutrition based on your personal diet and lifestyle choices and preferences, discussing heightened nutrient needs, deficiency risks, personalized meal plans, plant-based sports nutrition, GI issues, sustainability, and more!

Catering
I love to cook, and I’ve loved opening up the catering branch of my business, where I’ve cooked for camps, retreats and single-day events.
Alongside the food, I also offer nutrition presentations on various sports nutrition topics.
