1:1 Nutrition Coaching

I work virtually with athletes ages 12 and up - from everyday to elite athletes - to dial in their nutrition and optimize their health & performance. I offer a variety of services and packages to fit your unique needs & goals, whatever they may be.

Nutrition Presentations

There are few things that energize me like presenting to a crowd, and I offer both virtual and in-person options! I contract with many local Seattle high schools as well as universities & organizations around the country to present on a variety of nutrition topics. I also present at clinics, retreats & conferences for medical professionals, club teams, coaches & parents.

Catering

I love combining my love of cooking for others with my sports nutrition & culinary knowledge to create intentional, delicious & nutritious meals for retreats, running camps, and single day or night events.
